Ingredients:
• 2 onions
• 1 jar (720ml) Kühne Red Cabbage – The Original
• 200g feta cheese
• 1/2 bunch of thyme
• 4 tbsp honey
• 4 tbsp oil
• Salt green pepper
Preparation:
Cut onions into thin rings. Arrange Kühne Red Cabbage into 4 small baking dishes (ø approx. 15cm) and put the onion rings on it. Cut the Feta into 4 pieces and lay on the red cabbage.
Wash and chop the leaves of the thyme. Mix with honey, oil, salt and pepper. Spread the marinade on the feta and bake the dishes for 10 min at 200 degrees °C.
