Ingredients:
• 4 big potatoes
• 250 g junket
• 200 ml of your favorite Kühne dressing for example yoghurt or yoghurt & dill
• ½ tsp Kühne Mustard medium-hot
• salt
• pepper
Preparation:
Precook potatoes for 5 minutes. Afterwards, wrap each into cooking foil and back for 30 minutes at 220°C / 425°F.
Mix the junket with the mustard and your favorite dressing. Season with salt and pepper and serve as dip to the potatoes.
