Ingredients:
• 4 lettuce leaves (e.g. cos lettuce)
• 100 gram sour cream
• 1 tablespoon Kühne Prepared Horseradish
• 100 gram Kühne Sandwich Slices
• 8 slices of brown bread
• 150 gram roastbeef cold cuts
• 40 gram parmesan cheese
• pepper
• sea salt
Preparation:
Wash and dry the lettuce and chop it a bit. Mix the sour cream and horseradish and drain the sandwich slices. Spread the half of the bread (4 slices) with the horseradish mix.
Garnish with lettuce, sandwich slices and roastbeef and sprinkle the parmesan cheese. Season with pepper and sea salt and put a slice of bread above.
